Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that it is office policy that we require 24 hours advance notice for cancelled appointments or there will be a $40 cancellation fee billed to you. Our office frequently books appointments several weeks in advance and this policy permits us the time to offer other patients the opportunity to come earlier.
