Fees, Billing, and Collection

All non-covered services, deductibles, and co-payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Visa. We will be happy to discuss fees in advance and provide an estimate on any service we provide. Give us a call today at 404-953-4023.

We may collect co-pays, unmet deductibles, refraction fees (used to determine your eyeglass prescription), and any past due balances.

We use real-time eligibility tools to help verify your benefits. If there’s a discrepancy, we’ll discuss it with you and provide options, including refunds if overpayments occur.

We’re happy to work with you. You may be able to pay a portion today and arrange a monthly payment plan.

Keeping a card on file simplifies the billing process and ensures you only pay what you owe—no more, no less. All card data is encrypted and stored securely through a third-party vendor.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that it is office policy that we require 24 hours advance notice for cancelled appointments or there will be a $40 cancellation fee billed to you. Our office frequently books appointments several weeks in advance and this policy permits us the time to offer other patients the opportunity to come earlier. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
